Young people are vital to a healthy and growing church. Children and young people are welcome at any of our services and at other events in the week.

Sunday Groups

We make particular provision for children and young people at our 10.45 service. At other services toys and books are available, and you are welcome to use the Grove Room (with a live audio link) at the rear of the church if you need more space.

On the first Sunday of each month the 10.45am service in church is suitable for all ages and there are no children’s groups.

On other Sundays, groups are available for children in three age ranges at the 10.45am service. These are for 4-7, 8-11 and young teenager and the Sunday School often follows the topics that are being covered in the service. Children always begin in the service with the whole church before leaving for groups. You are welcome to keep your children with you in the service if you prefer.

Godly Play

On the 4th Sunday of each month, children 3-11 years are invited to Godly Play during the 09.15am service. Children begin in the service before coming together to experience a creative and imaginative approach to Christian nurture in another room. Godly Play uses symbols and objects as well as words and values, process, openness and discovery. It encourages Children to make meaning for themselves. Connect (11+)

If you are in years 7-11 you are warmly invited to join us for Connect on Sunday evenings. We meet at 6.30-8pm on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month. We offer a lively mixture of games, Bible study, videos and of course, plenty of food!

10.00am – 11.30am every Thursday during term time. Toys, refreshments, fun, a song and a story. A great chance to meet other parents and support each other.
